No, Jos-Phar (pronounced Joe’s Far) is not derived from any of our names, children, pets or mentors. If you want the full story, request our brochure from our Contact Us section. You might find it to be an interesting story. If we had it to do over, we would have shortened the name and the email address (spelling them out is a bit tedious).
Jos-Phar is about relationship, commitment, trust and integrity, words you will find in abundance on many of the sites we located in our Google search. However overused they may be (where money is concerned), those words are integral to our company philosophy. No one wishes to wake up and find out a trusted advisor has violated their trust and dissipated their wealth. Who has not read of sports and entertainment figures who did wake up one day to find out that the wealth they had worked so hard for was suddenly gone? Those situations can only happen where trust first exists and thendisappears.
Jos-Phar will work to build your trust and you will be able to monitor that trust as you feel the need. Actually you will always needto “watch over” your affairs but not with the same amount of effort on the details. We will show you how to watch over us and for that matter, anyone else you choose to take care of your affairs. You will know your situation at any point in time through a variety of contact means. If you speak with us, we will tell you how you can do this.
After all, Jos-Phar has goals and if you don’t meet yours, we can’t meet ours.

Mr. Rossi has over 25 years experience in the wealth management industry, having held senior financial/administrative positions in several well-known firms. His knowledge of the front and back office complements an extensive technical background providing a valuable source of assistance to those charged with financial planning and rendering investment advice.
Mr. Rossi has engaged in a few entrepreneurial ventures during the past several years including a computer training and consulting company and as consultant to small advisors and service businesses. His most recent employment was at a wealth manager, Fiduciary Counsel Inc., complementing his knowledge of the industry gaining him extensive experience in servicing high net worth individuals and families.
When the division servicing these clients closed, Mr. Rossi made a proposal for the business and formed Jos-Phar Wealth Management. Mr. Rossi has a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, New York.
