We have a questionnaire, it’s a big one but we don’t ask you to fill it out online. You can request it in our Contact section and then send it to us by mail. This section normally asks a few questions like “do you currently have a financial advisor” or, “do you have a retirement plan” “when do you plan to retire” and other similar questions.
Even if you decide not to speak with us any further, the questionnaire is so extensive that the information will prove valuable to you, your family and yourloved ones. If you need help in filling it out please don't hesitate to contact us.
Your financial life history will be in one place and you can update it as necessary. Most people don’t think about these things until it’s too late, so do yourself a favor and do it now.
One caution: if you keep it on your computer, make certain to encrypt or password protect it. Better yet, print it and wipe it off your computer.
